Delete Your TAN Account

You can permanently delete your TAN account and associated personal data at any time, directly from inside the app.

From the app

1. Open the TAN app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
3. Tap the Settings icon (top-right).
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately. You will be signed out and your data removed from the app.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, username, avatar, bio, phone number)
• Your car listings
• Your reels and uploaded videos
• Your comments, likes, and follows
• Your saved/favorited listings
• Your private messages
• Your push notification tokens

What is retained

• Anonymized transaction records (for legal and accounting compliance) — these contain no personal information.
• Backup snapshots are purged within 30 days.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot sign in to use the in-app deletion option, email us at support@taniraq.com from the email associated with your account and we will delete it within 7 business days.
